04/12/2023 Plastic wrapping from Oscar Meyer slaughterhouse on the surface of VMP, under a jute map used by the city to try to cover up the surface dump debris
12/15/2022 Standing water on surface of graded dump/VMP, indicating very high water table
12/02/2022 Dump debris along the edge of the bulldozed dump/VMP
May 2025 Invasive Japanese knotweed and literally poisonous to the touch poison hemlock growing along the mowed area in dump area; the mowed vegetation in front is made up almost entirely of woody weeds and crabgrass.
